Good Luck Captain Andy Rose
Congratulations to Boroughmuir Rugby Captain Andy Rose who has been called up to represent his home nation, Zimbabwe in the upcoming internationals.
This is part of the Rugby World Cup qualification for 2019 and sees Zimbabwe take on Kenya on the 13th June, Tunisia on the 4th July with Namibia on the 18th July.
Namibia qualified ahead of Zimbabwe for the 2015 RWC, will no doubt be putting their top team out as a warm up game.
Good luck to Andy from everyone at Boroughmuir Rugby. We could have reported this last week, but Andy asked if we could hold off till today so he could surprise his Mum as he did not tell her he was coming home!
