If the action on the field is not enough, Boroughmuir has sadly had to handle the situation of a break in, to the club house resulting in extensive damage and loss of property and cash.
The Police have been on site and are undertaking an investigation. Any information should be passed onto the Police.
We will be up and running ready for this weekend.
We are Boroughmuir and we don’t back down that easily. Our volunteers have done a superb job cleaning the place up and getting us back to operational readiness, but you can help too.
Show you support and help with the recovery by coming down this weekend and supporting the Teams and Club, help your Club get back on it’s feet this weekend!
If you have not been to the club in a while to watch a game, make this weekend the time to show that Our Community Spirit Has Not Been Broken.
We have 2 HUGE games this weekend at Meggetland. The Boroughmuir Bears host Lasswade 2nd XV with kick off at 3pm. The 1st XV will host Heriots and look to right the wrongs from last week to give the home support a fantastic game, Kick off 3pm.
Our 2nds are off to Edinburgh Accies which Andy, Neil and the team will be keen to come back with a win.
Don’t forget, we are ‘Harlem Shaking’ at the club this Saturday at 7pm in the Bruce Hay Suite, upstairs!
