On a wet soft ground at Dunbar, Boroughmuir Under 18's restarted their league after a weekend away.
The Colts were again without a few key players but were confident with all the players selected to play in this match. The match started well enough but then the Boroughmuir boys let Dunbar run in one soft try followed by another.
The Colts rallied though, and their line speed really bothered the Dunbar Players. Some strong running and good close support saw some excellent tries from the Colts, but to be fair, Dunbar were a good team and they ran in some more tries themselves.
The Boroughmuir boy's rallied though, and ended up running in 8 tries, half of these converted, and 2 great drop kicks from Ian Martin. The only thing that might have been a bit stronger in the match was the boys tackling, but this will be back to normal by the time of the next match.
All in all a good result as we move close and closer to the league final
