The first game of the season was a tough fought slog for the Bears.
Special mention to Andy Knight who gave no bounds in finding players to ensure Boroughmuir could meet its obligation to compete in the league.
Questions will need to be asked what is being done to find a coach for the XV Bears?
The SRU are clear, another cancelled game and the Bears will be out of the league.
Aside from the negative, the positive came through of Boroughmuir's strength and commitment from supporters and players with Mike Buchan, Paul and Mike Baillie who came down play and lend support.
