Boroughmuir Rugby – Head Coach Advertisement Great motivator?
Proven coach? Desire to take a club to the very top? Boroughmuir Rugby are seeking to appoint a Head Coach. As one of Scotland’s leading Premiership clubs, the successful applicant will be responsible for leading the 1st XV’s coaching team, building on the club’s development over the past three years, and building towards being a regular top 4 club.
The Head Coach will be responsible for implementing the overall coaching structure at Boroughmuir, ensuring appropriate training programs for the team and individuals alike. Maximising player development and the ability to maintain and develop an integrated club culture is crucial through effective communication with players and members is crucial.
The chosen applicant will be a qualified coach, preferably to a minimum Level 3, have previous 1st XV coaching experience, and will demonstrate knowledge and implementation of modern coaching methods.
You will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to motivate players and assistant coaches, and act as a figure-head for the wider club. A full job description is available on request.
