Boroughmuir Rugby & Community Sports Club (BR&CSC) is committed to being a professional, community based and ethical sporting organisation within Edinburgh.
We strive to deliver against our community objectives and are always keen to hear the thoughts and feedback from our members and customers who visit us.
In January last year you helped us by taking part in our ‘Customer Survey’ to express your thoughts and opinions on what we are doing right and what we could work on to do better.
Some of the main findings from the survey showed that:
- 90% of respondents think the club is doing well in bringing news from the youth and senior sections, but said we could be doing more to bring in other match reports from the 2nd XV to the Youth Section.
- Over half of respondents were keen to hear more about the projects in the community.
- Our bar staff were rated 4.2 out of 5, but had feedback on the type of beer we served, "Beer choice poor in general and quality varies, food in bar decent. Look to be able to provide a broader service if cafe takes off"
We were able to act upon a lot of the feedback to improve the products and services we provide to you, our members and customers. Everything from types of beer to membership benefits.
